For this, you will need two scoops of vanilla protein powder, one sliced apple, two tablespoons almond, a pinch of cinnamon for taste, uncooked oats which are gluten free 1/4th cup, one cup spinach, around 350 ml milk or yogurt, and then blend it with 4-5 cubes of ice.
